A 2014 MIT study found that women-only Business Partnerships achieve a higher-level of cooperation, happiness and overall job satisfaction that their male counterparts. Women prefer a more collaborative communication style and by nature have been found to be more social than men. The advantages for women businesses is the balance, communication style and shared goals they build when working together. Yet, women-only Business Partnerships do not always yield higher productivity. This presentation will help women understand the advantages they have in the workplace and how they can better work-related expectations. The discussion will focus on examples of successful women-only Business Partnerships from the speakers 13 years of experience helping women business owners achieve their goals.
