Organized by the Center for the Study of Asia, Boston University Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies, this forum on April 8, 2016 included: feminist writer, publisher and social activist Urvashi Butalia of India, cultural anthropologist and social activist Haejoang Cho of South Korea, award winning artist, educator and community engagement designer Hiroko Kikuchi of Japan and writer, critic and former culture minister Lung Yingtai of Taiwan. The forum was moderated by Adil Najam, Dean of the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies.
