The Young Women’s Leadership Program (YWLP) is a 12-month pilot program to increase the skills, confidence, support and motivation of a small cohort of young ni-Vanuatu women to step into opportunities for leadership for gender equality.
There are 23 participants from Port Vila, the nation’s capital, and Tafea province, where CARE has focussed it’s programs since responding to Tropical Cyclone Pam in 2015.
