International Women's Day: India Inc's advice to Gen-Y on leadership issues, challenges

Speaking at the sidelines of the ET Prime Women Leadership Awards, the Jury members discuss the challenges faced by women leaders and women in particular in the corporate sector. They also gave advice to the next generation leadership on how to navigate these challenges early on in the career and what could make the workplaces more inclusive for the women.
