In the world of leadership, women are not favored, and this is something we need to start talking about. The problem is that we haven’t defined women’s leadership enough.
Rather than fighting with flames, we should talk about how women as leaders compliment their male counterparts, and how we can use both of their personality types to grow better and more prosperous businesses.
