The Women in Leadership Network commemorated the 2019 International Women’s Day with Australia Awards alumnae in Accra, Ghana. The workshop gave participants an opportunity to network and the platform to share insights and practical strategies to address gender barriers, such as sociocultural expectations, self-doubt and guilt, sexual harassment and the often-gendered assessment of merit.
