The Women in Leadership Development Initiative aims to encourage more women to seek out opportunities to redress the current gender imbalance that exists in key decision making roles and positions of influence across all sectors of the Australian Screen Industry.
In partnership with the Natalie Miller Fellowship, Film Victoria is offering five Victorian women who are actively working in the Australian Screen Industry up to $10,000 to undertake targeted professional skills development that will help them achieve their leadership aspirations and acquire the business skills and expertise to confidently pursue leadership prospects.
In this information session, Jenni Tosi, Sue Maslin, Andrea Denholm and Jo Bladen share their insights and anecdotes about working in the Victorian screen industry, alongside guideline and application information about the initiative.
