Laura is the founder of lauratynan.com and the creator of The Corporate Breakout CodeTM providing women with the support and strategies to transition out of the corporate world and start a successful business that they are passionate about.
Laura has been recognised by the Financial Times as a Top 20 Future Female Leader and by Yahoo! Finance as a Global Champion of Women in Business. She is an international award-winning speaker and has spoken on stages across Europe, including at Power to Achieve and Forbes under 30.
Laura spent the last decade working in the finance industry, and despite the excitement of travelling the world, advising C-Suite clients on multi-million dollar deals, became increasingly frustrated by always being the only woman in the room.
Her passion for supporting women and creating positive change eventually became the driving force behind launching her own business coaching and professional development company, committing full time to helping women grow and succeed in business.
Laura completed her Bachelor’s in Finance at University College Cork in 2012, where she also earned a UCC Academic Scholarship.
