Chinyere Ubani, has 12+ years’ experience in banking, IT, NFP, and financial services where she has held several positions. Chinyere is currently a Business Systems Analyst at Canadian Red Cross and volunteers as Vice President of Marketing for IIBA Ottawa-Outaouais Chapter in Ontario. Chinyere loves to connect with upcoming Business Analysts, mentors women and new immigrant professionals in Canada as they navigate the employment market, supporting them to achieve their professional goals.
Lauren Howes, a Business Analyst at Bank of England is having great influence and impact over the next generation of rising stars within the business analysis community. She travels around England speaking to secondary schools in her role as a Bank Ambassador. In 2020, she co-created and launched the Young Business Analyst network at the IRM Business Analyst Europe conference.
