Dr. Karina Edmonds ’92 serves as vice president, global head of academies and university alliances at SAP, a multinational software corporation with offices worldwide. Prior to joining SAP, Karina led University Relations for Google Cloud and served as executive director for corporate partnerships at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). With over 20 years in innovation, technology transfer and commercialization, Karina has received numerous national recognitions and awards. Notably, she worked under President Barack Obama’s administration as the first technology transfer coordinator at the U.S. Department of Energy and served as a member of the White House Speaker Bureau to promote STEM careers to women and girls. She earned her Ph.D. in Aeronautics from California Institute of Technology and is a registered U.S. Patent Agent.
Throughout her career, Karina has broken barriers and taken risks, building experience in subject areas such as salary negotiation, mentorship, conflict management, and more. Karina will share her story and insights based on her experience as a nationally recognized expert in her field.
This program will be hosted by Michelle Saunders, M.A.’10, vice president of talent management at HarborOne Bank and member of the Women’s Leadership Council. Michelle brings over 15 years of experience in the organizational development industry.
