With higher percentage of women graduating, India still has the lowest female workforce participation percentage. To add to this a staggering number of women drop out of the workforce as they reach mid-level. Through her experiences Anuja talks about how women can balance work and home while pursuing their goals and ambitions.
Anuja Parikh is President and CEO of Intech Systems, a technology company with offices in India and US. Anuja has over 15 years of experience in creating cutting edge technology products and services, global marketing, e-commerce, and deploying business solutions. She currently leads overall operations of Intech Systems including international expansion to US, Canada, South East Asia and Middle East. Prior to Intech, Anuja spent 8 years in Silicon Valley in leadership positions in product management and global marketing for Excite@Home and Trend Micro. She holds an Engineering degree from L.D. Engineering College, Ahmedabad. She is also an MBA and Masters in MIS from Boston University. Anuja is an active TiE Charter member.
