Carla McDougal is a Christian film producer, author, and speaker. Carla served as the Executive Producer for the award-winning faith-based film, We Are Stronger. She founded Reflective Life Ministries and is CEO of Reflective Media Productions and The Stronger Alliance, headquartered in the Texas area in 2005. Her true passion for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, shines brightly, whether she is speaking or writing.
Johnnie Seago
Dr. Johnnie Seago is a national conference speaker who is passionate about building leadership in families. She is the mother of eight and she desires families to learn to connect and communicate to build a community of support. She extends her leadership and team-building experience to schools, businesses, and civic groups.
Kim Hess
Kim Hess is a wife, a mother of three, an architect, and an active member of her community in The Woodlands. She received her architectural degree from Texas A&M University in 1994 and has pursued her architectural career ever since. Sadly, in 2015, Kim’s path took a drastic change in direction. The Hess family lost their beautiful 16-year-old daughter, Cassidy, to suicide just five days before Christmas. Through their grief and heartbreak, The Cassidy Joined for Hope Foundation was soon created in honor of Cassidy to spread the awareness of teen suicide prevention throughout the schools and communities. Kim has since retired from her architectural role and is now President of the Cassidy Joined for Hope Foundation.
