Each year, Blackstone invites college sophomores from across the country to participate in its Future Women Leaders Program, which aims to offer young women early exposure to a career in finance.
The program does this through workshops, skill-building exercises and networking opportunities. Since its founding, the Future Women Leaders Program has been instrumental in increasing the number of female applicants to Blackstone and creating a strong pipeline for female leadership at the firm.
