Women have an essential role to play in shaping the future of technology and the present of our digital society. But we are not fully harnessing the infinite potential that female talent has. There is still a lot to do to empower women to lead us into an inclusive digital age.
We realized that it’s not enough to promote female role models alone, to simply hand out scholarships, or to just change workplace policies. We need to do all that, and more. Something to create a multiplier effect that sparks change on a much wider scale. Something that really changes women’s lives.
This is why we decided to found a school like no other – a school where young women enter as students, but a school they leave as leaders.
