In this keynote address, “Seven Lessons Learned Along the Way,” Meghan Quinn ’97 Dorr, executive director, segment head for J.P. Morgan Asset Management, retirement link, shares what her career path has looked like and the seven main lessons she learned along the way. She also discusses the day-to-day challenges she encounters as a woman in business and how she overcomes them, how to avoid playing into stereotypes about women, work-life balance and more.
The Women’s Leadership Symposium is supported by the Signe S. Gates ’71 and Dawn G. Mueller ’68 Women’s Leadership Fund, and connects female students with alumnae who inspire them to pursue leadership positions within their chosen fields. In addition to the keynote address, the symposium includes virtual résumé reviews, mock interviews, small group discussions and activities to develop leadership skills.
