We have seen a lot of progress in our gender diversity numbers in organisations. But the one ratio that most organisations still struggle with is the Gender Ratio at the CXO positions. In India only 8.5% CXO positions are held by women. While there are many reasons to it, in this video we talk about how gender stereotyping plays a role in this problem.
Organizations must find ways to empower and develop their women while constantly building a culture that doesn’t hold the stereotypical biases against them.
